7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited vehicle use:
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or other dangerous actions. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting to others or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purposes, adhering to passenger and weight limits. Operating the vehicle outside the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by law in Stockton, Car Hire assumes no responsibility for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total rental amount paid in the last 12 months.
